Containers for Love

I noticed that I imagine my love for different people and things in containers. This led me to explore how each container might look based on my relationship with them.

Some containers, which I'm proud of, are on display. Others, which I'm less comfortable with, are hidden on shelves in the back, though I occasionally check on them. These containers are like archaeological artifacts from my subconscious.

I questioned what happens when we stop loving someone. Does the container change? Do we break it? Does the love leave a stain that can't be cleaned?

'Containers for Love' was my main project during my MA studies and marked the start of using ceramics as my medium.
